On regards to beatmap:

Green= Good
Yellow= Questionable
Red= Should be changed

Timing of notes, organization, distance snapping, Difficulties (must be 2 or more)
Variations in style (more sliders and/or spinners) Sound effects better utilized
Uniqueness, skinning

My thoughts:

Pull it together. Even though this is your first submission, you have to be more considerate on how you place your notes. Use patterns and a regular snapping distance. Be careful about the timing of your notes, this is one of the tougher songs you could have chosen. I would suggest using a BPM analyzer to help with getting the correct timing of the song. You also need to utilize sliders and spinners better, as they are both design enhancers and can be used to unite loose ends of a song. If you make a quick turnaround, you can still make this work, so don't give up on yourself quite yet.
