Kiai effects in the main menu [Added]

I think it might be cool if the main menu (with the pulsing osu! logo) would detect kiai time in the map that is playing and would become flashier during those sections.

Full support; I thought it already did this, but it turns out I was testing it on a map that speeds up during Kiai time.

But it might look weird if it was sudden or if it looks like it does in game however (imagine fountains lol), so I say it should only be slightly flashier.

Maybe make the osu logo flash to the beat (osu pink, of course), like with hit circles?
