Your second custom audioset is unused, remove the files.
Your .osb is unused, remove it if you'd like.

The .flv video would be better as .avi.
Please increase the stack leniency.

Hitsounds blend in with the music a little too well; consider increasing hitsound volume in the normal sections.

I'm slightly concerned about the darkest blue hitcolour; it may blend in a bit with the BG.

[Easy]

More of a stylistic thing, but I felt some of the offbeats weren't very nice (in terms of flow), such as 00:57:040 (2). (doesn't seem to follow the music)

01:41:061 (4,8) - New combo? Regardless, break this combo up a bit.

[Normal]

Eh, some parts still sound a little weird, but it's better.

Consider using a custom, dampened version of the slider tick; right now they stick out a lot in the intro, especially since your other hitsounds blend into the music. Either that, or lower tick rate to 1.

00:45:056 (1) - Start this spinner sooner?
01:42:040 (1,2,3) - Centre and make into a nicer triangle?
01:50:056 (7) - Doesn't fit too well.
01:53:019 (1,2,3) - Make it a triangle?
