Timing: 113.93, Offset 0. (make sure to select "snap to new timing" in the timing control panel before you change the timing, also select "recalculate slider lengths" and set it to 1/4)
set your grid level to 2 or 3 and the beat snap divisor to 1/4.

Assuming you followed the recommendations above, basically any of your notes on a blue tick should be moved back one tick.
you should also make more difficulties, because one really isn't enough.
