One of my favorite artists, so how could I resist?
BPM and offset seem good. Probably needs a second difficulty.
A lot of notes are not snapped to the timing, and there are a lot of spacing issues where you jump too far. I'll focus on timing. Resnap all notes before following my suggestions.
You've got a pretty good idea on the layout, but the timing and spacing issues are what's killing it. Resnap all the notes, and try to use the distance snap more. Take all my recommendations with a grain of salt, as I'm only a fledgling beatmapper.

You might wanna decrease Overall Difficulty and HP Drain Rate a tick or two. I'd say they're way too high for a Normal difficulty.

-00:54:894 (2) Hmm, not sure if you should distance snap this. It's pretty confusing and it is in the same combo, so I'd distance snap it but it's just me. Your map, your decision
-01:03:073 This and the two other timing sections are useless. Remove
-01:22:317 (6) Put new combo here and remove it from 01:23:761
-01:40:600 (7) New combo
-01:44:449 (15) New combo. And the same point which in *-00:54:894 (2) Hmm, not sure...*
