Beatmaps thumb not playing sample [#109] [Resolved]

I think this is the case for almost everyone, but the thumbs of the songs under Beatmaps > ranked, are not playing samples. Once they're downloaded they work fine, but not until then. Also, this is not just my headphones. My speakers don't play the samples either. (and both play fine in osu's game itself, along with on youtube)

My question, is, "What's going on?"

Confirmed. Seems the MP3's for the previews are missing.

I'm really new here, so I don't know what ticketed means. Am I supposed to do something with that link or something?

I've marked it so it's easily accessible to the developers to look into.

Don't worry; ticketing means your report has been confirmed and further reported to the higher-ups, in short.
