osu! lags even I move an inch after install [Resolved]

PC Specs: 2.1GHz Pentium 4, Win XP SP2, 1GB RAM

I cant move an inch after reformatting my pc, install .NET, and install osu!
After I run osu it lags even I move pixel-by-pixel
No way I'm infected w/viruses bcoz its newly formatted...
Anyone here to help???

Done. But still 1~4 fps... And whats the diff. between graphics and video drivers?

Okay done, just accidebtally installed a video driver that doesn't support my CPU. Fuh~~ that's better... thanks!!
