osu! b1211: Transparent Sprites Have Outline [Resolved]

Not sure if osu!'s doing it or it's just a bad photoshop but there seems to be a grey outline around images with transparency:



And here's the shoe if you want to check it:

It's a problem with the image, really.

Any specific settings I should be aware of? Saving it with bit depth set to Auto-detect doesn't fix the problem.

Edit: Although Paint.NET doesn't fix all of my sprites it does fix some like this one:

There used to be a gray line where the hand touches the darkness but that's gone now, yay :)
Unfortunately, the gray outline still appears on the text :|

Add a one-pixel thick outline of white with 1% opacity.

This is a design concept flaw in texture fitering on graphics accelerators: alpha channels are scaled before they are multiplied instead of after.

osu! can't do anything about this.
