Ok This is my first Map, if theres anything to fix please help me to improve
Sajin no Kanata he is the title theme from the offline game Ragnarok Battle Offline.

map is too long to be ranked atm..make it nearer to 3 minutes. Your choice where to cut it off

However short you make your easy does not affect how people look at your hard

I think 4:30 of mapping is too long for any BAT to allow to be ranked (you mentioned that you have seen maps that long before) thats either becuase
- they were made early in osu and the ranking criteria was not as strict back then
- they were approved (maps that are really long or really hard go into approved...but I think for a map that is only 1 minute over ranking limit and isnt that hard should not be approved)

I suppose if you can't stand to cut your map you could add some more notes and try to get it approved
