Please decrease the volume for the sections with the custom hitsound a bit more... hearing that over and over gets kinda repeatative... I'm not even sure if that's the "right" hitsound to use for this song..
I like how the whistles were used though~

Normal:
01:02:833 (1) - remove new combo
01:20:784 (1,2) - remove 1's new combo and add a new combo to 2 follow the lyrics

Hard: fine

Very few technical flaws. Nice map. Star.

Edit: The fixes are done and since I am fine with the silence in the front of the mp3, p-bubbled

Popping the p-bubble since you changed the mp3.

Your new offset feels very off for me. I got 3134 for the offset, but that is pretty far from yours. I am going to go find someone to confirm the offset before I re-p-bubble this.

Before Blissfulyoshi protobubbles this, let me have a look

Blue = design/minor issues. you do not have to change these if you don't want to
Orange = moderate issues. it would be best if you change these, but you may be able to get away with not changing it
Red = major issues. you need to change these

-offset - 3,142 (The one you have already is solid. This is just what i got)
-You should remove "Game I've" from the tags. It makes no sense to have it there
-Make an easy? Normal seems a little too hard to be the easiest difficulty. It is not too bad though, so If you do not want to make an easy, I can let it pass, but I recommend making an easy

Man, I'm late to the party. I'll refrain from repeating what has already been said, leaving just one thing:

Googling for this song seems to show that the subtitle is either "Sora to Kimi" or "Sky and You". Regardless, (I think I personally prefer the Japanese version), it should be properly capitalized.
