Animations for "osu file format v5" kinda go faster than they used to.
(If you don't know what File Format v5 is, open an osu file. The very top line has the File Format.)

Examples:

ChiBA eventually go out of Beat. (I think)

Just popping in to confirm that animations are all way faster than they should be. Like, twice as fast, but not exactly 200% because that would be a round number and on-beat animations would still look partially right

Technologic noticeably suffers from this. It wasn't perfect before, but now the animations aren't even close to being on-beat http://osu.ppy.sh/b/31097
