It's your browser.Or either the web browser wrongly renders HTML codes accidentaly.
It's a web bug, or either smth is wrong with your PC, or browser.

I don't have any bugs on ALL profiles with all browsers and firefox. (Mine is 3.6)

What does your browser's user-agent look like?

It's found in Help/About in Firefox. It would look something like:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.7) Gecko/20091221 Firefox/3.5.7 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Checking the possibility that browser sniffing could be causing it to serve a faulty page.

As MetalMario201 pointed out, we need more information on your environment, such as what browser you are using exactly and what OS you are running.

Are you behind any kind of proxy by any chance?
