Make your hitsounds louder. I can barely hear them.
Please don't abuse whistles. Most people really don't like whistles.
Maybe add a starfox skin?

Make the Circle Size large, and move overall difficulty 3 ticks to the left.

Make the circle size normal, HP drain 2 to the left, and overall difficulty 1 to the left.

Move HP Drain rate and Overall Difficulty down 2 ticks.
