Sounds fine! (Still no hitsounds... >.<)

Hitsounds aren't all set, but spacing was ok!

Add hitsounds on all the modes as soon as possible! (maybe by inserting some soft sounds, too...)
One last thing... the song is already short, so why do you set breaks? Try to map that parts, too!

Offset: 389 (now THIS is right, I am sure)

Easy
New Combos are waaaay too frequent D:

00:14:817 (1) -
00:27:934 (1) -
00:30:558 (1) -
00:33:181 (1) -
00:35:805 (1) - No New Combo (same conditions with the next batch, seeing how they're just... flipped)

00:56:792 (1) - Generally in Easy maps, you don't jump (and if you do, it's not a very big one [going with Distance Snap]). Fix this [and also no New Combo ;)]

I'm thinking... maybe reduce Circle Size by 1 and Overall Difficulty reduce by 1 as well?

Offset I'm pretty sure it's correct, not very sure about bpm. I'd usually spend about 2 hours trying to get a PERFECT bpm with a PERFECT offset, but I didn't have time to... sorry :(

EDIT: Forget about my timing stuff. I had about a 9millisecond offset in the options. So, forget it, forget it, sorry :(

Not sure if the mods above are complete or not, but I can point out one thing.

[Hard] is more like [Insane] in my opinion.

I guess you need an easier diff than the current [Hard].
