Hum... Help please? [Resolved]

I downloaded Osu!, updated it, got some songs and skins.
When I click on "Osu!" after the update, appear:
System.Resources.MissingManifestResourceException: Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure "Microsoft.Xna.Framework.Resources.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "osu" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

Your graphics card does not support DirectX9. Not sure why this error message changed, but it means the same thing.
