I'm not good with BPM and offset, so find someone to double ceck these.
To change it, press F6 and adjust it.

"Inuyasha" is in the Source, so you don't need to add it also in the Tag. Remove it.
"Brand New World" is in the Title, so you don't need to add it also in the Tag. Remove it.

Use the Distance Snap to place beat. To disable it temporarily just press ALT (for example to overlap 2 or more beats).
Remember to change the combo colour more frequently (don't go over 15 beat per colour).
Add more sliders.

Why hard is more simple than normal?

[Normal]
Decrease overall difficulty by 2 and Circle size by 1 (that means that the circle became larger).

Remember that's only an example and that you can place beats where you want (using Distance snap, btw).
