Good song that deserves a good beatmap. Let's see how I can help ya.

First off, I wouldn't recommend mapping in 1/8 beat snap divisor for a beginner. It can be kinda tricky since it will tempt you to map on offbeats when you really shouldn't be.

Second, there looks to be a lot of things that are just off on the timing, extra notes that throw off the rhythm, and hidden sliders and notes.

The timing offset should be 590. BPM seems fine to me.

This is hard to give a detailed mod for at the moment, so I suggest going through and resnapping notes to a 1/4 beat snap divisor after you've adjusted the timing offset.
