Hmm, we have a 0.50$ fee per month for it IIRC.
I'm quite sure you all do but either you just don't look at your bill closely or they just mix all these little fees and just give you the total shit.
I have big doubts about the 800$ though.

I dunno about a fee but they really should have charges for fake/prank 911 calls if they don't already.
