So yeah,

Timing: (85% accurate, imo)

BPM: 160.0
Offset: 388

Resnap all notes. (You might have to manually resnap the other beats)

General: Remove unnecessary breaks.
like the one at 00:06:720

Normal: Too many spacing issues.

You've used mostly circles for the entire circles.. (it may be boring to play)
I suggest you experiment with sliders and spinners.
And oh, the combo placement. I suggest you put new combos in the start of every measure.

Hard: same as normal
