02:06:976 (1,1) - I'd get rid of the 2x here. It's the only place where it's used in the whole map and it feels out of place.

No no no. This normal have some really hard pattern to be the most easier difficulty.

00:59:091 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - This is totally evil and hard for a normal. You have added here some little jumps too, and that's bad for a normal.
01:51:205 (1) - A note after spinner is too hard for the most easier difficulty.

Aw man. I was going to rank but then I saw the contents of the folder.

Max dimensions for the background should be 1024x768. Yours is 1086x768

Also how about adding the album name: "ALiCE'S EMOTiON Sphere Caliber" to the tags.
