The short anime in which this song used is "ME!ME!ME!" which has been distributed in Nihon Anime(Animator) Mihonichi.
So the anime title may be added to Tags as Spy already told you in his post.

I enjoy the map although I feel an easier difficulty should be added in because the normal is very short and pretty easy. It'd be nice with a video also.

  2. Yeah, you can ignore the single pixel movement but all it takes is a click in the browser and ctrl + arrow keys in game. Makes up like 80% of the mod, your choice.

  2. 00:13:716 (1,2,3,4,5) - Link Not sure how I feel about this pattern, but I think you should move (3,4) until its prev/next are equal to reflect 00:17:556 (1,2,3,4,5) -
  3. 00:20:796 (2) - To x:108 y:312? Would make more sense to connect it to transition momentum rather than having the player stop under the end of slider (1).
  4. 00:23:316 (2) - To y:207 to match y-values with the previous slider tail.
  5. 00:51:156 (1) - Check the self blanket by changing CS to 3.2.
  6. 01:06:516 (1) - I see neuronecia painted all over this slider.
  7. 01:11:316 (1,2,3) - This (2) to (3) is weird, doesn't follow the momentum that (1) provides. Maybe ctrl g (3) and make it a 1/2 slider rather than a 3/4?
  8. 01:14:556 (2) - To y:151, the autostack makes it look weird in editor.
