First beatmap. Tips are greatly appreciated.
Making these are kind of confusing, but I want to get good at it, so...

Welcome to beatmapping! :)

First of all, you need to have an offset. You usually set the offset where the song's beat begins. In this case, due to all the talking that goes on, the offset is at 27,570. Your bpm is not too far from my sugeestion - change 108.51 to 113.00.

Whenever you change the offset and/or bpm, you need to select the Resnap Notes command from the Options menu. Whenever you change the bpm, you also need to select the Recalculate Slider Lengths command. After that, you need to check your beatmap and a) manually nudge anything that the Automatic Resnap hasn't placed correctly to the song and b) check if your sliders' lengths need re-adjusting. In this case, for a) you'll need to nudge almost everything just one eighth of a beat to the left. For b), most of your sliders will also need to change their length, as follows:

00:51:99 (2) - One eighth longer.
00:55:02 (3) - One quarter (two eighths) longer.
00:56:99 (1) - One eighth shorter.
01:16:39 (1) - One eighth shorter.

Your first slider at 00:34:27 bounces back and forth at odd places, so it sounds weird. You may want to consider changing its length and/or times it bounces.

You should also fix your Beat Spacing. As the FAQ explains, Beat Spacing means that beats that are heard close to each other on the song need to be correspondingly close to each other in the beatmap's grid. Likewise, beats with a lot of time between them are placed far away. This helps the player intuitively make sense of the beatmap even if he doesn't know the song beforehand. Now, in this map, let's look at the blue combo starting in 00:40:84, for example. This combo has five circles, and all have equal distance in time between them. However, the distance between the fourth and fifth circle is significantly larger, so the player may not manage to make the jump between the two in time. To fix Beat Spacing, press the Distance Snap button in the Editor screen. Then, every time you place a new beat, holding the mouse button down and drag the mouse around. You'll see that the program forces your circle to move around an area where its Beat Spacing relative to the previous circle is correct. You can experiment with the Beat Spacing distance by holding Alt and moving the bar at the top right at the editor screen. Turn Distance Snap off if you want to place circles on each other.

The green circle at 01:19:20 should not fall on the previous slider's path.

Finally, a personal opinion: 33 seconds before the beatmap begins is rather a long time. Of course there's the Skip button, but it doesn't make sense if players will always want to press it. You might want to shorten the song's file in an audio editor. If you choose to do so, you will need to set a different offset.

I hope you're not discouraged by the large volume of text - I tend to be overly analytical when modding :D For now, you should definitely keep in mind the following basics, which are a must for any beatmap:

-Correct offset
-Correct bpm
-Constant beat spacing

You'll find that as time goes on, these things will come more naturally to you when beatmapping.
