I like using 00:51:345 as a preview point.
Overall, your soft hit sounds are really quiet (except for the parts when you want to emphasize the vocals). Maybe up them a tick or so?
Maybe add fma to tags?

[Easy]
01:10:175 (1) - Extend this spinner to 01:12:090, and maybe add a finish.

[Hard]
00:24:537 (1,2,3) - The spacing here doesn't feel like a warranted jump... I didn't have any problem with it though.
00:32:196 (4) - Delete this beat.
00:58:686 (1) - No new combo

00:30:920 (1) - soft finish ? And if you don't wanna raise volume tick in this timing section, you can create another timing section here so that the soft finish can have a volume of 1 tick higher. (to make the soft finish sound a bit more audible)

Wow, the ED of the most grotesque episodes of FMA: B. <3 j/k. :P

I noticed that the timing doesn't apply properly on the first part of the map (00:00:282 - 00:10:175). It goes off late by 20 ms. or so. However, the correct timing applies beyond 00:10:175 then goes off again at the kiai part. I personally got 253, but it's not accurate enough for me so you might wanna tweak around.

I'll mod when DJPop's diff is added. ^^

Hmmm... timing is odd, blargh, a second offset... I'm getting -8 on your second offset (52,599), not sure about third offset since theres less notes to test on (it sounds late though)
Djpop to tags, duh

Easy-
00:45:601 - while following the slow pace, I felt there should be a note here (or bring the next slider back 1/1), cuz I wasn't following vocal while playing this, and that next slider is reverted to vocal
00:52:606 (1) - isn't snapped
00:54:521 (3) - remove custom whistle?
00:57:074 (3) - ^ (reason is, 01:04:734 (3) sounds better without the custom whistle, one hitsound per note)
^ that applies to all diffs and places that sound like this... if you care

Normal-
00:34:430 (4) - imo, this would feel better as a 2 repeat, and a note at where this used to end?
01:10:798 (2,3,4,1) - unsnapped

Can't seem to find anything unintentional or missed... Fine

Don't like the clap+custom whistle mix (default normal hitnormal sound) on one note, as mentioned in Easy, applied to all diffs (though Djpop's is custom clap+ whistle), totally personal preference
For Easy, Normal, Hard - Make the last spinner's fade out better, leaving as it is is kinda unsettling...
