Finished both difficulties, and will make a third, harder difficulty if somebody helps me clean these up first. Hard difficulty will, most likely, be a combination of the both songs, with a storyboard for the background image changing, so you know which song you're supposed to be following. :) As such, I want to make sure that both of these versions are perfect before I move on to that.

I am not so sure, but it sounds like 113.93 BPM and 10,541 offset.

No way you can do this with one timing section.

I have attached an osu with the correct sections. You'll need to add these to normal and resnap that one accordingly (I resnapped easy for you).

Just don't place notes between 2:22:13 and 2:30:32 because its an acceleration part i didn't time. Spinner is fine of course.

A few strange timings in hard, but lets start with this since the timing itself is out atm.

Oh no this is such a disaster, Luigi. A lot of the circles in both difficulties seem awkwardly timed, but fixing them seems to be quite a chore. I'm not sure whether this is just one of those songs or if there's hope.

It's such a cool idea, though. I'd try to make a list, but a LOT of it is mistimed and I'm not sure if it's just the song. I'll tinker around a bit and see what I can do. All I can ask is that you give it a few good listens.

The good news - the spacing seems pretty consistent and peppy's timing seems about as good as you can get, I think.

01:23:19 (1,2) - I can't hear these at all =x - the Under pressure vocals are a bit too quiet here.

There are a lot of notes on normal that are just slightly off. I have only gone through the first third of the song, but see if you can tackle the rest from here. Like mtmcl said, due to the nature of the song/what you're trying to accomplish with it, it's pretty damned tricky and hard to follow. It's obvious what you're doing, it's just damn near impossible to play something like this without having the vocal rhythm memorized due to how...erratic? it is.
