Quite a boring song I must say. But the problem is not in the music but the map. Most of your issues appear to be beatspacing. Whether this is deliberate or not, I'm not sure, but it happens quite frequently.

It seems that the problem here is a strange distance spacing measure combined with a sparse grid. If you don't want a more accurate grid then use 0.5x distance spacing as that is what I am basing my next comments on.

BPM seems okay. Offset should be set to 12070.

- Hard -
00:13:94 (4,5,6) - Maintain the 1/2 beat spacing used at the start of the combo.
00:15:79 (2) - Slider is a bit close.
00:16:94 (3) - Bit far away from the slider.
00:21:10 (2) - Bit far away from 1.
00:23:51 (6) - Bit far away from 5.
00:36:42 (2) - Maintain the 1/2 beat spacing used for the combo.
00:38:21 (6) - Same as above.
00:39:91 (2) - Same as above.
00:40:99 (6) - Same as above.
00:40:95 (8) - A bit far away from 7.
00:42:06 (1) - Quite far away from the end of the previous combo.
00:42:66 (2) - Bit far away from 1.
00:42:66 (7) - Bit far away from 6.
00:45:07 (0) - Extend this spinner by 1 beat.
00:59:93 (2) - Bit far away from 1.
00:59:93 (4) - Bit far from 3.
01:04:06 (5) - Bit far from 4.
01:06:87 (2,3,4) - Bit far in comparison with 4,5,6.
01:13:32 (1) - Start of combo is far from the end of the previous combo.
01:13:32 (1) - Same as above.
01:15:83 (1) - Same as above.
01:44:70 (1) - Same as above.
01:49:26 (2) - Bit far from 1.
01:49:74 (1) - Start of combo is far from the end of the previous combo.
01:50:38 (2) - Bit far from 1.
01:53:97 (1) - Start of combo is far from the end of the previous combo.

- Easy -
01:13:95 (2,3) - A bit close. Use a more accurate grid.
01:16:52 (2,3) - Same as above.
01:42:66 (2,3) - Bit far apart.
01:43:89 (2) - Should be a bit further away from 1.
01:45:53 (1) - Start of the combo is far from the end of the previous combo.
01:45:38 (2,3) - Seems a bit far from 1 and the spacing seems too far between these two notes.
01:48:98 (2) - Bit far from 1.
01:50:98 (2) - Same as above.
01:51:18 (1) - Start of the combo is far from the end of the previous combo.
01:53:75 (1) - Same as above.
01:54:82 (2) - Should be a bit further away from 1.
01:56:02 (2) - Same as above.

In all, you will either need a more accurate grid or a more suited beat spacing for the grid (either 0.5x or 1x will do).

augg sorry I took so long to reply I completely forgot about this

But yeah I'll look into the problems mentioned, thank you for your input.

EDIT: Awright, took your suggestions, hopefully it no longer sucks. However, after the offset change, some parts felt a little...Wonky. However, I'm not sure whether it's just me or not, because it doesn't seem too odd in the editor. :/

Added a new difficulty, a true normal.

Now there's easy, normal, and hard. However, I'm debating changing the difficulty names to more Lord of the Rings-ish.
