Blue: Sugestion. Not necessary, but should take good effects.
Green: Notification or cosmetic thing. May, but don't have to be fixed.
Orange: Should be fixed.
Red: Have to be fixed.

General
Timing and other main thing looks clean and clear

[Normal]

00:17:666 (1), 00:21:248 (1), 00:24:382 (7) - These sliders plays a little unnatural. My sugestion: f.e. first slider. Put a note in 00:17:666, then slider in 00:17:890 - 00:18:338. It plays much better in my opinion.
