I can't play this, (See sig.) But I can tell you, it is hard. I was thinking about doing this song, but I decided against it because I couldn't find any BPM at all. I'll tell you what the BPM could be when I've listened to the song.
EDIT: OK, I'm sad to say this, but this song may be a lost cause. Because I just listened to it, and even the drums aren't consistent. Although, you'll have to get an official on it, say, awp, mtmcl, or Kharl.

I think it's a wavy BPM, so it inclines and declines at will
