Unable to Submit Beatmaps

I've been having trouble uploading my beatmaps to the forum recently. Whenever I try to submit one, I get the following error:

An error occurred:
BSS is disabled due to technical difficulties. Please try again in 5 hours.
Take note I have waited for the said time mentioned and I still get the same result, and I have recently updated my osu! to the latest version (b337) available. Any assistance on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How 'bout not? Not working for me.

Also, prior to this, I tried submitting a beatmap but it would not submit to the forums. Here it is: http://osu.ppy.sh/index.php?p=song&s=1522

edit: okay, never mind. It's working. :)
