I personally find the slider velocity to be more suited at 1.70. You don't have to follow that though, but I think the slider tick rate should be 2. You should just go by what best suites you though.
Now looking at the song setup. I think the circle size should be just a tad larger for Normal difficulty.
You want to follow quarter and eighth notes as much as possible, so the first note should be on white line (quarter note).

Also, it's a good idea to insert breaks where there are no beats for a period of time, even if it is only just a few seconds long. I see 2 or 3 areas that could be used for breaks.
