Can someone please time this track for me because I'm hopeless at timing!

Timing this mp3 is extremely hard because its bpm constantly changes slightly. I expect this is a direct result of its poor quality. If possible, locate a better copy of this song. I'm trying to locate one myself, but it's proving rather hard.
