The entire beatmap is very off, you need to change your BPM, as well as align your Circles and Sliders in the right place. Might I recommend a slider in there, like at the end?

Set the BPM to 104.5

Also, if you can, get the video for the intro, like this one:

But mine is better quality! ;_; Heck i even downloaded a episode just to get the intro.
But i can set that as a background image for the no video version.

104.5, that's it, keep your Offset at 1,780.

That oughta do it! I'm kinda wondering. I uploaded it with Video and kept the background in the folder. Will the Osu! engine start it with the background or just not show anything if video is off? But, it's in there. So just edit it and beat too the background! ;)

Edit: Well, it didn't. Ah well...
Edit 2: Added Hard Mode.

Ok, at all times, KEEP 104.5 BPM, do not change it for hard mode, it was HORRIBLY off.

Not to sound like an ass but do you even try your beatmaps?

Anyways, I don't think you know about the Beat Snap Divider, do you? It's on the top right corner of the editor, use it.

Try it, and get back to me.

I never changed the BPM at all. Not even for Insane!

Not changed. If that doesn't prove it then i can ALSO provide a video of that it is 104.50.
Maybe it's your osu! engine being wierd?

Sorry, I meant Insane. Use the Beat Snap Divider on other than just 1/3 time.

I tried it, and I didn't see any major problem. Maybe some rare notes were slightly misplaced, but overall it seemed perfect, and this is a fun, not too long beatmap.
I personnally think this is rankable. ;)
