I took a look at it, seems to be closer to 125 BPM. Try that.

I reset and then messed with the BPM a bit, and I think 124.17 BPM and 171 offset sounds accurate. Try it yerself. ^^

Corrected a timing issue, then resnapped the notes and fixed slider lengths to accomodate. It sounds just about reasonable at 25% near the end.
