Ugh, I think I got the BPM or Offset off, any Beatmap Mods want to try?

Well, thanks to the Mixmeister BPM analyzer, I got the BPM of 128.15, and it's right, but yeah, the offset's still off.

Any other Beatmap mods want to try it?
