Well you almost got the timing
BPM=97.00

I'll just look at breezin' for the time being. Probably you can apply similar appropriate changes to the other difficulties. Change the BPM first because that's the main source of your problems.
Notes 01:24:89 (1) - til 01:46:54 (1) should all be moved back aboaut 1/8th of a beat (so it lines up in the timeline).
Notes 01:49:09 (2) - til 03:03:31 (0) should all be moved back aboaut 1/4th of a beat (so it lines up in the timeline).
