If felt very hard to follow this diff to be a easy.
Following the lyrics can be quite bad on a easy and it shows here imo :|

though there's many uneven spacing, but it can't be solved even with grid snapping lv 3 so just leave them alone~

Timing sounds kinda odd to me...idk might just be me and not sure how to fix (cough go ask ploy)
In your other maps you put " Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party 2 " in source, why is it split up between source and tags now?

00:55:335 (1,1,2,3) - don't overlap these?

Hard:
Nice
01:35:880 (2) - people don't normally like silenced notes, I would change it to like Easy or Insane

Insane:
00:15:517 (4,5,6) - Nazi: keep spacing equal?
00:27:153 (8,9,10) - align?
00:49:335 (10,11,1) - ^ I would say it for most of the triples like this just to make them look nicer?
01:06:426 (6,7,8) - keep spacing on them consistent too (check them all)

Apart from nazi spacing comments its nicely done

  1. Add "DDR" to tags.
Easy:
  1. 00:15:686 (1,2) - Suggestion: unstack these, It's too hard for Easy.
  2. 00:41:868 (3,4) - ^ (The same suggestion for the next patterns).
  3. 01:02:595 (3) - New Combo.
  4. 01:04:050 (1) - Remove New Combo.
  5. 01:30:232 (3,1) - Move (1) away so the end of the sliders don't overlap.
Hard:
  1. 00:18:414 (4,1) - Move (1) some grids away.
  2. 00:36:777 (2) - New Combo looks cool here.
  3. 00:37:686 (1,2,3) - Spacing is not the same, Move (2) 1 grid down.
Insane:
