Inherited section replacement to fix initiation of custom slider velocity on end kiai section (timing section had become few ms too late and was missing the first note of section) - it is a common problem for taiko maps, so please notify me of any more timing changes.

Some IRC Modding.

- Added approachcircle.png into the folder.
- Capitalized Inozuma into the tags on every difficulty.
- Resnapped all notes on Normal difficulty, since there was 248 notes not snapped correctly.
- Fixed an hidden slider repeat on InoSane.
