Anyways, you will need to go into your Songs folder and rename the mp3 and the image filenames so they only contain english characters. Once you do this, open the .osu file in notepage (or any other text editor) and change the AudioFilename: line to match to the new mp3, and the first line under the [Events] section to match the image (or you can just set this again using the in-game editor).
