- can you cut some of those long spinners ? maybe change one or two of them into long slider repeat or map to the drum
- 01:39:371 is a nice place for the preview point

So let's see what you got here. Nice song choice. xD

It seems that there's duplicate Slow Downs in your Storyboard script. Since they're all at the same location (for the most part), you might as well remove the Slow Down warnings in the .osu storyboards for [Normal] and [Difficult]. Keep the Slow Down warning in the .osb.

That's pretty much the needed stuff there. xp

So let's see the other stuff...

First of all, really cool storyboard. The Photoshop effect and the MUSE flash was really interesting and creative. Especially liked the build up you made as it went into the chorus.

Suggestions!

Your strobes for strobe.png. I'm trying to understand why you decided to place them on the 2nd and 4th 1/1 beat. It's really irregular. xD Are you trying to emphasize the "wrong" in the lyrics? Well, my suggestion here is to try it out 1/1 earlier (e.g. try it on L,100037,1 instead) and see how you like it. It's up to you. :3

Also, the strobes for BNFLASH.png. It's a nice build up, but when I feel it actually reaches to the Kiai chorus, there isn't really that climax I was expecting. Perhaps you can have a full white background that fades from 1 to 0 when you're at 128037 and 224037? (By the way, the line here isn't fully invisible; F,0,224037,226259,1,0.01351351 , you may consider just putting that off to 0) What do you think?

My suggestions might suck, or whatever. XD But that's rather up to you. This is awesome stuff anyway. ;)

- Relaxing is quite boring and very alike ur other pending beatmap, is there anything what can be done about it? :|
- Difficult is way better (and harder somewhat,..) than ur other pending beatmap! Thanks for the creativity :D

Advice: This might be dubledori, but I wonder why you've chosen oragne and green for the buttom and above of the storyboard, wouldn't orange and red be more 'suitable'? <-- Just a proposition!

How is it boring :( ? , I find it very creative and fun for the easiest diff.

Yeah the colors are very random also the BG has a lot of colours so it's difficult to choose the right ones, I'll try something later.

03:14:704 (1) - Why such a short spinner?
03:51:148 (1) - End 1/2 earlier.
04:08:037 (1) - I think the slowdown should come AFTER this slider. Plus I wouldn't make it 0.5 but meh
04:30:037 (1) - Make this last for most of the break too like a bawse.
04:39:148 - Whistles from here onward offend my ears. I think finishes would achieve the 'epic' feel you were probably aiming for better.

EDIT: Added Some skin elements and some new things to the SB.

Relaxing:

01:52:482 (1) - I would start spinner at 01:53:815, and end it at 01:58:037. Main idea of doing this is to shorten the spinner, cause its too long for my taste and something else could be done. Anyways, if you were to do this, you can fill the blank space before the spinner placing beats like this http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/53953. And maybe, just maybe add a circle at 01:58:704 (1) if you feel that there is enough time for newbies to recover from the spinner.
02:16:926 - Consider adding a circle here, and 02:17:815 - too
03:43:593 (4) - Couldnt you start the slider at 03:44:037 - so it fits more to the sb? I really hate strobes than don't fits with the map, specially those strong strobes like this one and + the kiai >_>
03:52:926 - Consider adding a circle here, and 03:53:815 - too
