yyy was checking this and he said the BPM seemed like it might be a bit off, so I checked it out.

I found that 159.965 BPM sounded better

This difficulty has more star rating than Insane. Reduce Overall Difficulty by 2 ticks and HP Drain by 1 tick or the opposite is fine, too. You can keep the same Approach Rate.

02:51:680 (3) - Align on a better way to the end of (5).

[Taiko]

00:33:650 (1,1) - Is this a mistake or you did it on purpose? Because I never seen something like this.
01:57:106 (502,503,504,505,506,507,508) - This pattern sounds really weird to me. Change it to something else?
03:11:935 (247) - Finish on streams are not allowed anymore on Taiko difficulties.
