The purple overlay (?) is not ontop of the white text completely...

Also, scrolling makes the purple text go away, leaving the white text underneath it visible

and in the screenshot mtmcl is being licked. How disturbing.

I've noticed this as well. Your posted example is a very mild one - I've had a larger offset before which looks uglier. The pixel offset is rather inconsistent though.
