Timing, timing, timing! I can't stress it enough. You almost had it right at one point, but it was going in triplets... the rest of it is a mess. None of the notes match up to the actual beats.

Unfortunately, it might take a lot to get this one sounding right, since beat snap might not work out well. But it has no chance of being accepted like this.

The tempo seems pretty constant to me; try having just one timing section with a BPM of 143.80 and an offset of 3,734.
