Unfortunately, that's not how a beatmap works. It typically has to be in time with the music... I see that you're trying to place your beats with the song, but your tempo is way off so they snap to the wrong places. One other thing I'd recommend is not using live performances. The quality is generally worse and the tempo is going to vary more. It may have video, but it's not really worth it.
