00:12:764 (1,2,3) - make this all 1.5 DS. (2) is still strong beat
00:13:722 (4,5) - recommend soft-clap instead of drum hitsounds, since it's same snare drum sound in music
00:14:838 (3,4) - should be 1.2 DS
00:21:541 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6) - you lowered SV, but note density is still similar to rest of song with all the 1/2 rhythms, so calm part still doesn't feel calm. Try to simplify rhythms more, to bring out diversity in song. For example: 00:21:541 (1,2) - 00:22:020 (3) - 00:25:211 (5) - 00:27:126 (3) - consider making these 1/1 sliders.

[General]
* Widescreen Support is on on Nely's insane.
* The bitrate of your mp3 is 256kbps, which exceeds the limitation on RC 192kbps. Re-encode the mp3, and adjust the timing as well.
* I would prefer extending the kiai until 01:18:988 - . This section from 01:13:881 - feels rather intense.
* You can try fountain effect (turning off the kiai and retrigger) on 01:03:669 - .

[Easy]
* Increase AR to 3 or 3.5. AR2 is too slow for this high BPM and the map's density.
* Your rhythm choice isn't bad. But a major issue with this map is the polarity. In other words, 3/2 gaps. This kind of 'irregular' beat is very hard to read for beginners, so it's most likely for them to hit the next note too early or too late. Actually, slider leniency helps with this problem (it will be no longer the case when score v2 is implemented, but at least for now) as the players can still get 300s even when they lost the timing a bit. But this map's problem is that you used it too much, consecutively, and even with circles.
* For example, 00:03:669 (1,2) - I can tolerate this as (2) is a slider, and I see no better way to implement this beat anyway. However, you can improve 00:11:328 (1,2,3,4) - , especially 00:11:328 (1,2) - this slider-to-circle one. A simple way is to just reverse 00:11:328 (1) - . * 00:43:243 (2,3) - this too. I'd just suggest make 2 a reverse slider. (1) and (2) are mostly similar sounds anyway. On the other hand, if you want to emphasize 00:45:796 (2,3) - these two, you can simply use the reversed order; circle-to-slider pattern. By this way, players can hit the 1/1 circle without much difficulty, and the slider leniencys will help them deal with the 3/2 gap.
* 01:24:094 (1,2,3) - This kind of thing is the hardest of all, as the gap is changed between the circles. I can barely think newbie players getting all 300s on this pattern. Just bind 2 and 3 into a slider. Even though you may want to make each of them clickable, you need to consider the target players, who would suffer from that hard rhythm.
* 00:15:317 (2,3,1,2) - this kind of flow isn't very nice for beginners. You have a very sharp angle from 3 to 1, and the flow is changed from CW to CCW. And it's changed again to CW when going 1 to 2, and there's another sharp angle.
* 00:44:520 (1) - How about make this to make a blanket with 00:44:200 (3) - ?
* For the kiai: Nothing's really wrong, but I hope you can place the notes in structured way. Following the notes, it just feels like a railroad that goes in random ways. Use blankets, parallel / perpendicular sliders, triangles/rectangles and etc.
* 01:18:669 - Add a note? this is different than 01:17:392 - and doesn't seem good to neglect.

[Normal]
* Use AR 5.5. The sv is almost Hard-like and there are a lot of 1/2s with this high bpm. Also AR5 to 8 gap is very big.
* I would recommend to use one slower sv for these two parts you slowed down. I mean, make both 0.8x or both 0.9x. Having multiple slider velocities isn't very suitable for a Normal diff, as the players have to be adjusted to different speed each time.
* 00:51:541 (4,1,2,1) - I'd say it's better to break the fixed distance here. It's pretty harsh to go to the edge of the screen and have that sharp angle again. It's fine to break 1.0x distance here and make it like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/5143291 also make the ds from 2 to 1 0.9x, as this ds is focused on the latter object 00:53:456 (1) - which is on 1.1x sv section. So when you use 1.0x ds here, it makes the actual distance of 00:52:817 (1,2) - and 00:53:137 (2,1) - inconsistent.
* Same for 00:21:541 (1) - . You can see the actual distance between 00:21:062 (3,1) - is almost identical with 00:20:743 (2,3) - , which can be rather confusing. So a 1.25x distance works better. Same for 00:30:317 (3,1) - 00:41:009 (4,1) -
* As I stated on General, reducing the sv back to 1.0 on 01:13:881 - makes less sense, as the song is actually more intense.
* 01:15:158 (4,5,6) - You were following vocals, so I don't quite get why you put 5 there. It's not a consistency when you use same notes where the music is different.
* 01:19:945 (3) - use two circles like the first part? This train is too long imo.

[Hard]
* 00:24:573 (3,4,5) - For aesthetics reasons, this looks bad as the spacing between them are different. I actually don't get your reason why you didn't use 1.20 ds for 00:24:892 (4,5) - . I'd rather use something like http://puu.sh/oQjXK/9e08025913.jpg
* 00:30:317 (5,6) - Uhh, I don't get this why this is overlapped. Please keep the 1/2s seperated. It looks like a 1/4 gap for me.
* 00:34:307 (1,2) - This is a bad flow. You know (1) ends downwards, but then you have a big jump that goes to the opposite direction. You may think that you can still easily get 300s from this, but that's just because you can 'abuse' the slider leniency. * 00:42:924 (3,4) - 00:44:200 (6,1) - 00:45:477 (5,6) - Have you compared how these jumps will be played? For me, the second one feels absolutely smaller than others. Actually, having a jump on a linear pattern doesn't flow nice. Think how 00:42:924 (3,4) - this is supposed to be played. You need to suddenly 'accelerate' the cursor after finishing 00:42:924 (3) - , which causes the flow to be disconnected suddenly. Well this one's fine if you wanna insist. But I think 00:45:477 (5,6) - this one should be fixed as it makes an awkward flow change and a big jump. At least don't make (5) go further away from 6.
* 00:48:349 (1,2) - I don't think these should have jumps. There are only drums without vocals. Nothing to emphasize with jumps. You are not even focusing on the drums overall, so this isn't something you would want to emphasize with a jump. Furthermore, it needs to be discriminated with 00:48:988 (3,4) - where the vocals exist. Use some different pattern to emphasize 00:48:988 (3,4) - properly, and not 00:48:349 (1,2) - .
* 00:50:903 (3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) - This is really a hard pattern. First, 00:50:903 (3,4,5,6) - this shape looks bad for me as it's not balanced. It made 00:51:541 (5,6) - a way too big jump for this difficulty, and after those consecutive enormous jumps you have 00:52:179 (1,2,3,4,5) - 188bpm consecutive 1/2 clicks. * 01:05:584 (7,8) - You also need a bit of a jump pattern for consistency.

* 01:17:073 (3,4) - This 2 beat break feels too empty, while there are 1/4 drums and the vocal is still holding. Try http://puu.sh/oQlwN/722fcd8741.jpg
* 01:25:051 (3,1,2) - 00:12:286 (3,4,1,2) - 00:19:945 (3,1,2,3) - these are the same sounds, but you're using them all differently. For 00:19:945 (3,1,2,3) - , you shouldn't ignore 00:20:105 - this finish sound. For 01:25:051 (3,1,2) - , you should put a note on 01:25:211 - and make 01:25:530 (1,2) - into circles on their head.
* Use OD6. 7 is too high compared to Normal and is usually too hard for a regular Hard diff.

[Nely's Insane]
* 00:23:137 (5) -00:25:690 (4) - 00:28:243 (6) - Extend these a lot more? There's nothing on the end of the slider but the vocal is still going on. I keep wondering when I play this about why I suddenly stopped moving in the middle of the vocal.
* 00:30:956 (6) - Nothing's on here. Please use the rhythm Minakami Yuki used.
* 00:43:243 (1,2,3,4) - I feel this a bit weird as 00:41:966 (1,2) - these were following vocals (you neglected 00:42:605 - this drum beat) and you also didn't represent 00:43:562 - this drum and 00:43:722 - this vocal too, leaving a strange 3/2 break here. Put a note on either of them.
* 01:04:626 (5,1) - The tail of 5 is much stronger than the head of 1. I don't get why you didn't use the rhythm of 00:54:254 (3,1) - . The downbeat is really weak here.
* 01:07:179 (4,5,1) - Same here. I think the drum/vocal beat on 01:07:339 - should be emphasized most, but in this pattern it's least emphaiszed by the stack. The downbeat here doesn't really feel any strong, and I really wanna hold the vocal sound.
* 01:12:286 (3,4,1) - Again same, why not like 01:01:913 (3,1) - here D:

I have to say when my mapset got ranked, it is with 173kbps, I dont know how it became 256kbps after the mapper get the mp3 from my set. Maybe goldwave shows the kbps in another way?

But re-encode is a good way to deal with the problem.
