About the diffs name, the Normal+ really plays like a hard, but I don't think there should be so much bitching about it =3='

I'm quite worrying about mp3 quality.... 128kbps is fine... but this one result in a poor quality D:....
Tag : Hangul (korean name for rainbow)
fix kiai issue? activate kaia for kiai burst is not bad...but it would be nice if you put it at all chorus...

put + in diff name never names you can over do that...
Seriouly.... the silder velocity is so high to call this one as normal diff and i saw that there are some jumping notes... ( beyond normal diff criteria already )
Drain rate +1 AR +1 you will get HARD diff with the same previous score...
less than 3 star easier diff is enough to get ranking
if you follow this you can add some notes and add more cool trick :3

00:24:796 (1,2) - I think it might be better to follow the vocal here.
00:30:448 (2) - Move up 2 grids [Grid 4]
00:42:188 (1) - That's one huge spinner, maybe you could end it about 00:45:666 and map something after?
01:20:448 (2,3) - Might be best to follow the vocal.
01:30:883 (1) - Another huge spinner ._. (same suggestion end at 01:34:362 and map?)
02:14:362 (4) - I think mid chorus is an odd place for a break.

02:07:622(1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - why so many whistles? it might fit better to come up with a pattern for the whistle that lasts to about 02:14:362, or just not have the whistles at all. (i came up with a patttern with whistle at 2:07:622, at 02:08:275, at 02:08:709 [3/2, 1/1, 3/2] and repeat to 02:14:362, but you're gonna have to make a whistle as a slidertick, which is kinda annoying) just a suggestion though...
