Try 190.24 for BPM. That's probably a bit off, but closer.
Sounds like the violins are the ones keeping a steady beat, so that's where
that comes from.

As for offset I got: 5,633.

Multiple timing sections to account for fluctuating bpm in this one, I'm afraid. Good news is they don't seem to be too many. The song being short probably helps.

Might need some small tweaks (I'm not an absolute ace at timing flux bpm), but it's close to the mark, I think.

I'm not very good with multiple timing sections, but at least I tried, right? :P

Spacing seems perfect.

Mifune mapped it before. It kind of rotted. But from what I remember of it, the timing was pretty solid, though chan's post suggests otherwise. Worth checking out, at least. http://osu.ppy.sh/?p=beatmap&s=1140

I'm gonna revive this due to epic.

I also TRIEEED to get a timing that works better, and it seems like for at least the first half its a bit better.
