This map is a bit of a mess.
The beat placement is horrendous. It barely follows a tune. The beatspacing also needs plenty of work. You need to seperate your combos much, much more frequently; it shouldn't go over 20.
What divisor were you using when placing the notes? I would not have gone over a 1/4, personally, and probably would have used 1/2 for most of the same. Only using 1/8 on very rare occasions...

Also, the background is the same as the beatmap that I made to this very same song. Would you mind using another one, given that you decide to actually try and get this beatmap ranked?
