General:
delete Hard diff, or remap it, it is a copy of normal but with dificulty change( lazy beatch

)
delete "Ready for ranking" because it is not bubbled
Set Preview Point Go to : Timing -> Set Current Position as Prieview Point
Use snap divisor 1/2 or 1/4 for Debbie's Hard

ok, this is an unfinished diff, you should add hitsounds from this point: 00:39:479

there are unsnapped notes go to Timing -> Resnap all Notes
modify that first spinner to start from : 00:00:532 and to end in 00:05:939
00:05:939: -delete that circle
omg there are a lot of Kiai sections, i think there are too much :S
01:07:066: add circle
01:12:996: this spinner must finish at white tick, change his length
02:12:992 - omg what a long break, edit some notes, or maybe at spinner at the part with aaaaaaaaaaaaa!

you should delete those red timing points, there are unuseful, keep only one red timing point , and modify the offset like in normal
after that you will need to resnap again all the notes, and to move them to correct timing ticks

you need to work a lot at this diff !!!!
