Welcome to beatmapping! :) I'll try to write this in French below, but in case that doesn't work (and so others can understand me) I'll write this in English, too. The file you have attached is just the .osu file, which does not have the mp3 music file (just look at how small its size is). We use another way to submit beatmaps here, through the game itself. Read this page for instructions. If you have more questions, don't hesitate to ask them here or try the irc channel. Good luck! :)

Bienvenue a beatmapping :) Je ne sais pas trop de Francais, mais j' essayerais a t'aider a sa langue aussi. Le dossier .osu que tu as attache n'est pas le complet dossier dont nous avons besoin pour voyer ton beatmap. Regards, son taille est tres petite (4.22 kb) parce que il n'a pas le mp3. Dans osu! nous ne pas utilisons attachements pour telecharger beatmaps, mais une altre methode dans le jeu lui-meme. Cette page a des instructions completes au sujet d'envoyer ton beatmap a nous. Malheureusement les instructions sont en Englais, mais j'espere que tu pouveras les comprendre. Si tu as des question supplementaires, n'hesite pas de les ecrire ici ou essayer au irc. Bon chance! :)
