easy:
slider tick rate 2, sounds better
01:02:12 - just remove this circle, and adjust the spacing between the sliders
02:31:26 - move it downwards so that the spacing on 1~4, 5~6, and 7 are even
03:08:50 - move 3 ~ 6 to the left. near 2
normal:
i doubt i found any problems on normal while playing
hard:
change those confusing mini stream patterns, its a no-no to use those.

and i think its better the difficulty names should be named normal, hard, insane.
