Can anyone help me get the preview image displaying properly?

For my first attempt at mapping Nightcore, I went with the most popular unmapped Nightcore song (according to youtube number of views), which hopefully will mean that somebody actually gives me feedback.

NVM. Found the original creator of the song after the umpteenth search on google. "La Luna"- yeah, some Spanish band I've never heard of, but I expected as much. Everything should be attributed properly now.

Current status:

100% done with Insane.
100% done mapping Hard.
100% done with Normal.
100% done with Easy.

History:
3/18/11: 50% done mapping Hard. Have not yet applied hitsounds. Found background pic for Normal.
3/23/11: 60% done with Hard, hitsounds applied. No work on Normal yet.
3/25/11: 100% done with hard. 5% done with Normal.
3/27/11: 15% done with Normal, Combos redone. New BG's, combo colors, mp3 thanks to lovhin456.
3/28/11: Normal BG changed, some Hard patterns changed at LoveFantasy's suggestion.
3/29/11: Hard sliders polished, hitsounds fixed. 25% done with Normal.
4/1/11: Redoing Normal.
4/2/11: Hard patterns changed, circle size increased. 25% done with Normal (again).
4/3/11: 45% Done with Normal
4/5/11: Circle size back to original. I really can't make up my mind as to which is better.
4/10/11: 50% Done with Normal. Wow that was slow.
4/15/11: Finally finished normal... now for hitsounds. Started Easy.
4/18/11: Did more on easy. Realized that the beginning sucks, will try to change.
4/19/11: Updated difficulties: Hard is now Insane, Normal is now Hard. Difficulties changed accordingly, thanks to lolcubes.
4/21/11: Done mapping everything, hitsounds completed, moved to Pending.
4/21/11: Changed Insane BG, tweaked Easy hitsounds.
4/22/11: Changed Insane BG (again) for better playability.
4/24/11: Hitsounds on Easy redone thanks to Samah, Easy made into Normal. Added Tags.
4/26/11: Mapped Easy.
4/28/11: Added notes to normal. Found orignal artist, Artist/Title/Tags/.osb/.mp3 updated accordingly. Let's pray this doesn't duplicate.
4/29/11: In an effort to refresh the preview image, full submit twice, after removing and then replacing BG's.
5/4/11: Assorted mods, thanks everyone!
5/5/11: Hey look my first bubble... Kudostar in celebration! My gratitude to osuplayer111 for looking at Nightcore maps.
5/5/11: Sigh. Going to have to pop to fix the timing sections, some of which were 7 ms off b/c of an early timing change. All timing sections should be snapped properly now.

I've searched the whole internet for the original artist and i have found nothing (orz)

2) Hm... I tried to balance lyrics, beat, and length when doing the combos. Is there a good way of doing it that I overlooked, or are there just a few in particular that need redoing?
3) I tried it, but somehow it seems a bit too easy or bulky. I agree that a slight increase in size might be good, but the next level up overshoots it. ( I wish that feature request for allowing decimal values of circle size would hurry up and get passed).

Believe it or not but "Nightcore" is actually an artist that changed to a genre. "Nightcore" original, were 2 Swedish guys that started making music for their school, but they had some troubles with copyright issues so they had to stop. "Nightcore VII", aka "Nightcore II" was one European guy who wanted to bring the original Nightcore back to life but he had the same copyright issues. Since then it has been a genre and any songs that are "Nightcore" songs are interpreted as "Nightcore III" and the genre continues till today.

~so the artist for this song is "Nightcore" because it was one of the original songs the two Swedish boys used/made.

General;
- The BGs must be 1024x768 or 800x600, also maybe get a better BG for Hard. Here are both BGs resized
- The mp3 cannot be 320kbps, it has to be 192 kbps or lower but not lower than 128kbps, here it is also

- Disable countdown on both diffs
- I don't think is a good idea to map before the metronome starts, check timing with an expert maybe you got offset wrong . . . or you could start mapping after the metronome starts

Thanks! I didn't know about any of this so I changed it.

Using some ninja math I calculated the proper offset to be -413 and changed it. Thanks for the alert.

Hard;
- Try these colors of you keep this BG Yeah, this fits better.

- Circle size bigger, +1 That's the second suggestion for increasing circle size, but it still seems too fat and unwieldy to me when I test it. If one more person agrees that the circle size is too small, I'll change it.

Errm, about the BG for Hard, as cute as the girl is, she is in a rather risque position, which might cause this map to not be rankable (if I recall correctly). So, I hope you can consider changing the BG to another one.

0:22:686 [2] - Move this two grids right and one grid up (grid level 4).
1:10:936 [7] - New combo here.
1:39:833 [7] - Maybe delete this one? Coz it's kinda confusing, especially since the singer will only start on the next note.
1:42:589 [2] - Move one grid left (grid level 4).
1:42:865 [3] - Move one grid left and one grid up.
1:43:133 [4] - Move on grid up.
2:27:445 [6] - Hmm, maybe it's just me, but maybe it's better if the slider moves away from the arrow formation.
2:29:421 - Maybe add a note here?
2:52:609 - Maybe you can add a spinner here, to go with the fading echo, endinga at 2:55:107. Just use the timing settings to fade out the spinner's hitsounds, too.

Really? I didn't think so- I've seen some backgrounds that are approximately as risque.
If you really insist, I'll replace it, maybe with the picture below,
but I'd prefer not to.

I noticed that you have different combo colors for different diff backgrounds .. i dont know it is acceptable or not..

[NORMAL]
00:23:845 (1) - this is quite far from spinner , as a normal diff , consider reduce the distance
00:25:897 (2,3,2,3) - these kind of notes is bit too hard for a normal diff , maybe normal+ is ok.
00:43:288 (6) - the end is out of grid , consider move it to somewhere else
00:58:718 (4,5) - 01:00:145 (3,4) - bit too hard for a normal

[HARD]
00:00:300 (1) - the position of this note is a bit too low to start with , consider move it higher
00:05:116 (3) - this antijump doese really fit , for my personal opinion i think make it to a jump is better
00:22:240 (4) - ^
00:35:440 -00:46:677 try to put notes here instead of make this period of time as break
